About Feine
Feine is a Conshohocken-based specialty coffee shop established in 2012. We roast our coffee, build relationships with our community, and expect our team to take pride in doing things well. Our baristas are not button pushers. They are trained professionals who care about quality, consistency, and customer experience.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency.
• Maintain brewing equipment and espresso bar daily.
• Execute light food prep, maintain pastry displays, and fulfill pastry orders accurately.
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer product recommendations, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate with the team to support smooth service and address customer needs or concerns.
• Keep your station and the front of house clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow recipes, safety rules, and Department of Agriculture guidelines.
• Move with urgency during peak hours while remaining friendly and composed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Feine’s standards.

Requirements:

• Enjoy serving people and creating positive interactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to the posted schedule.
• Previous barista or specialty beverage experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Total expected compensation : $18 to $22 per hour based on hourly wage plus tips
