Pay rate (applicable after successful training completion) is $13.25/hour as long as you complete your 40-hour weekly production schedule! (If you are unable to complete 40 hours’ schedule, you will still get paid at $12.25/hour). We always offer 40 hour schedules.
Location – eClerx, 235 N McPherson Church Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303.

We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Agents to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Call Center Agents may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
