Position Overview 18 Wheels Cargo is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for full-time W2 positions operating primarily East of I-35 . We offer a stable career path with new equipment (2024-2025 models), full benefits from day one, and a specialized paid training program for new drivers.
Compensation & Schedule
Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,800 (Direct Deposit every Friday).
Home Time: Flexible regional schedules (Home Weekly or Bi-Weekly options).
bonuses: Safety and performance bonuses available monthly.
Tax Status: W2 Employee (Not 1099).
Equipment & Routes
Trucks: Assigned 2024-2025 Freightliner or Kenworth models.
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (70% Drop & Hook).
Lanes: Regional routes running exclusively up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

Training Program (For New Drivers) We provide a clear path for recent graduates. If you have a valid CDL-A but no experience, our Paid Training Program (3-5 weeks).
Requirement: Must have completed 120+ hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
Pay: Fully paid during training weeks.
Candidate Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) .
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
Clean MVR and background.
