Job Description

We’re hiring CNC Machine Operators to support glass fabrication and glazing production operations. This role focuses on operating CNC equipment to cut, drill, and process glass and aluminum components with precision and consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines for glass and metal fabrication
• Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and production specs
• Set up machines, adjust tooling, and monitor production runs
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read drawings and work to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Compensation
