Salary Range:
$75,000 – $100,000 annually
About the Role
We are a leading commercial roofing contractor delivering high-quality roofing solutions nationwide. Our work includes new construction, re-roofing, renovations, and ongoing maintenance across all major commercial roofing systems. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders
Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews
Coordinate labor and subcontractors across assigned projects
Perform plan and specification takeoffs for new construction and reroofing projects
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding schedules and project progress
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper inventory management
Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings and complete project closeout documentation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred
Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial roofing or a related industry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to climb ladders and work on active job sites as required
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
