This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role includes identifying client needs, providing tailored roofing solutions, and managing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting site visits, offering expert consultations on roofing and waterproofing systems, and coordinating with clients to ensure high-quality installations. The position also requires preparing proposals, tracking project progress, and delivering exceptional service to maintain long-term client partnerships.



Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM
• Experience with roofing systems, insulation, and waterproofing technologies
• Hands-on skills in carpentry and knowledge of working at heights
• Ability to assess and recommend appropriate solutions for roofs and building envelopes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
• Proven sales expertise or experience in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the New York City Metropolitan Area
• Prior experience in commercial roofing or similar construction fields is preferred
