Key Responsibilities - Research and identify local and regional events to drive community engagement and brand awareness
- Negotiate and secure booth space, ensuring all event logistics are handled
- Build and manage an annual calendar of events
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of outgoing Event Demonstrators
- Manage event staffing schedules and oversee in-field participation
- Coordinate booth setup, teardown, and logistics
- Engage with event attendees to book in-home consultations and generate leads
- Collect, track, and follow up on contest entries to convert interest into appointments
- Analyze and report on event ROI and lead performance
Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, professional, and energetic personality
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work weekends as needed
