Pay Range: $99,840.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Facilities, you’ll oversee all aspects of hospital security operations, from managing contracted services to ensuring a safe, compliant, and responsive environment across our campuses.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise all security functions and personnel
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and policy enforcement
• Manage surveillance systems and conduct safety/fire drills
• Ensure fire safety compliance, including monthly extinguisher checks

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice or related field (required)
• 3+ years of supervisory experience (healthcare setting preferred)
• Valid MA driver’s license
• Strong communication, customer service, and confidentiality skills
