Brief Description The
Electrical Superintendent is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Roles And Responsibilities While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will
- Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M
- Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Independently start and manage projects
- Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
- Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Job Qualifications - 8+ years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
- 2-4+ years prior supervisory experience
- Experience utilizing prefabrication
- Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
- Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
- Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
- Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
