Are you excited about events, marketing, and community engagement ? We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistants to help execute live events, promotional campaigns, and nonprofit outreach programs. This is a hands-on role —no prior experience required, and paid training is provided .
As an Event Marketing Assistant , you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing events, fundraisers, and community activations . You’ll work directly with the team to ensure events run smoothly while engaging with the public to promote nonprofit missions, products, or campaigns.
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events and marketing campaigns
Engage with attendees, donors, and the community to share campaign goals and messaging
Support event logistics, including registration, signage, and volunteer coordination
Distribute promotional materials and assist with on-site marketing efforts
Track engagement and help maintain event data and reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign outcomes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Passion for events, marketing, or nonprofit outreach
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience in retail, customer service, or events is a plus but not required
