Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Events Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support event planning, coordination, and execution across a range of high-profile projects. This role is perfect for a motivated professional eager to build a career in event management while working alongside a team of experienced creatives and strategists.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and promotional events.
Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements, vendors, catering, and schedules.
Support the Events Manager in preparing proposals, timelines, and post-event reports.
Manage communication with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to maintain project quality and efficiency.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts and overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
