Responsibilities
- Manage parts department, including inventory control and distribution
- Oversees supplier relationships and negotiating pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintains accurate inventory records and conducts inventory audits to prevent shortages
- Works with service department to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers and staff on parts and status
Qualifications
- Proven experience in parts management and inventory control
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Excellent team player and customer service skills
- Familiarity with automotive repair and diagnostics is a plus
- Experience with Nissan or INFINITI preferred but not necessary
