  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in medical coding and billing, including government and commercial reimbursement processes
  • Deep understanding of CPT, ICD-10, payer policies, prior authorization workflows, and claims appeals
  • Proven ability to interpret medical necessity and documentation requirements for successful claim submission
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and act as a consultative partner to sales teams
  • Associates degree required; CPC or COC certification preferred, Bachelor’s degree and cardiology experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% across the United States and work remotely from Florida or relocate
  • Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient access and adoption of innovative cardiovascular technology
  • Collaborative, mission-driven work environment focused on healthcare innovation
  • Professional development opportunities within a fast-growing medical technology company
