As a bd’s Host/Hostess you are the first and last contact for our guests. You greet them, make them comfortable, and show them to their table. Applying your personality to have FUN and guide the guest through a bd’s experience. You will do whatever it takes to create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy.

Minimum Wages are subject to State/Federal wage laws. The wage range is considerate of experience brought to the position.

Requirements

• Communicate in a positive manner
• Bring a professional and well-groomed appearance to the job
• Become familiar with the Host Stand
• Greeting and seating our guests with a smile
• Be able to Page/Cal a guest
• Do Restroom checks regularly
• Correctly answering phones with enthusiasm
• Learn the bd’s culture, and menu pricing and locational directions
• Interact with guests
• Have a proper knowledge of how to use the wait sheet to quote proper wait times.
• Learn bd's Carryout procedures
• Handle Call Ahead Seating
• Know how to properly set a table
• be a Team player
