$1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 90 days + $500 at 180 days)
🛠️ What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform regular maintenance on residential HVAC systems to keep them running efficiently and extend their lifespan.
- Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and cleanings
- Replace filters, inspect coils, check refrigerant levels, and lubricate moving parts
- Identify and report potential system issues
- Educate customers on system care and recommend service plans
- Use mobile apps to log services performed and customer notes
You’ll work with a
steady flow of maintenance visits , not high-pressure sales.
👷 What You Bring: - Basic HVAC knowledge or education (school, trade program, or hands-on experience)
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain — we can help)
