IT Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud
Location: Elkhart, IN (Remote)
Salary: 100,000 – 150,000
I’m partnering with a forward-thinking organization that’s rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud and looking for an IT Business Analyst to help lead the charge in optimizing systems and processes across the business. This IT Business Analyst role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting technology with operations, analyzing workflows, and implementing smarter solutions through ERP enhancements.
As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work directly with finance, sales, distribution, and customer service teams to document and improve business processes, test new Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities, and support end-users on a daily basis. You’ll also have the opportunity to strengthen your data and reporting skills using Power BI and Excel to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP as an IT Business Analyst
Partner with cross-functional teams to document processes, define business requirements, and identify automation opportunities
Test and validate system enhancements to ensure performance, accuracy, and data integrity
Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reports to support leadership decision-making
Troubleshoot ERP, barcode, and IT-related issues, while training end-users on new tools and system updates
Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to maintain system functionality and end-user satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ERP support specialist, or systems integration analyst
Hands-on experience or a strong interest in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar data tools
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
