Accountabilities

• Provide excellent customer service support by helping with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Compose correspondence between different departments and external stakeholders.
• Perform Time Accounting and administrative tasks using PeopleSoft.
• Plan and coordinate customer visits and program meetings.
• Collect data, prepare presentations, and maintain records for department plans.
• Support new hire onboarding and system access requests.
• Lead special organization events and initiatives.
• Assist other administrative personnel when needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in office administration or business is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of administrative support experience, ideally with executive management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in compiling reports and preparing presentations.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the capacity to draft clear correspondence.
• Comfortable interfacing with customers and professionals in various sectors.
