Job Description
Legal Assistant is a full-time on-site role located in Pasadena, CA. The individual in this position will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the office calendar, scheduling appointments, and following up on tasks. They will assist in the preparation of legal documents and provide general support to the legal team, which includes drafting correspondence, managing communications, and conducting basic legal research.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Electronic filing methods like e-forms or JET File, and use specific software to submit documents into the EAMS case management system
Knowledge legal document preparation
Strong analytical skills and ability to follow up on tasks
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred
