Instructional Aides/Teacher's Assistant are assigned to students who regularly need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school. Aides assist students 1:1 or in group settings.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support and assistance to teachers by helping students with challenges outlined in their IEP assessment: ages 3-21 years old
* Work one on one with students to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment
* Provide students with goal-oriented support that fosters independence and the ability to display socially acceptable behaviors in the school environment.
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency
