Minutemen Staffing is looking for Pick/Packers for Columbus area,$15 Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Pick and Pack Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and preparing automotive paint products and supplies for shipment. This role is crucial for ensuring customers receive the correct products in a timely manner and in good condition. 
• Securely package items to prevent damage during transit, which may involve shrink-wrapping, boxing, and labeling.
• Use a hand-held scanner or pick list to accurately retrieve paint products, primers, thinners, and other related items from warehouse shelving.
• Inspect items for damage or defects during the picking process and report any discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures, especially those regarding the proper handling and storage of hazardous chemical materials.
• Keep assigned work areas and the general warehouse clean and organized.
