Public Relations Lead job at tsmc(T) China, US

Job Description

Monitor and analyze media coverage and public opinion, sharing timely market insights to internal stakeholders.
Manage the development of company messaging and communications plans on pertinent topics impacting ESMC’s business and reputation, including issues-management strategies, reactive media and stakeholder statements, FAQs, and other communications and public policy deliverables.
Serve as a point of contact with key external stakeholders including the media in the local site community (Saxony).
Drive positive coverage of the site and local engagements, including developing stories and content for internal and external use to the company through local pitches.
Manage pressure points to avoid potential issues.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the management team for the local public image.
Serve as communications advisor in site emergencies.
Partner with HQ team to understand when the corporate story takes priority over local stories and ensure alignment with global media and branding guidelines.
Drive a proactive approach to identifying emerging issues that may impact ESMC in the future.
