Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. Responsibilities: • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly Qualifications: • Some weekend and evening hours required • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Basic understanding of MS Office • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required About Company: Are you a local real estate agent looking for a brokerage that values your growth, supports your success, and provides you with the tools and resources you need to thrive?
