As a Receptionist/Service Writer, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and assisting with inquiries in person or over the phone.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the service calendar.
- Writing and explaining service orders clearly and accurately.
- Communicating with technicians and customers to provide updates on repairs or services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handling basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

The pay rate is based on experience , so whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of expertise, we’ll work with you to ensure fair compensation.
