Description We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our highly collaborative IT team supporting our Global Investment Banking group with 600+ users. This role requires a hybrid skill set-primarily Salesforce declarative and programmatic development, with occasional full-stack development tasks. While Mulesoft experience is a plus, it is not required. About the Role: You'll work closely with a team of passionate Salesforce professionals to enhance and support our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce administration and development. - Design and implement declarative solutions (flows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to map Salesforce features to business processes. - Maintain technical documentation and support rollout of enhancements. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. - Drive user adoption and create training materials as needed. - Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices. Continuous Learning: - Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices - Engage with the Salesforce Success Community and local user groups Skills salesforce, apex, lwc, visualforce, javascript, apis, agile, C#, .net, mvc, marketing cloud, change management Top Skills Details salesforce,apex,lwc,visualforce,javascript,apis,agile Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Skills - Ability to develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components. - Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations. - Mulesoft experience (integration development) is a plus. - Familiarity with Microsoft development tools (C#, MVC, ASP.NET) is a plus. - Agile methodology experience (Kanban, User Stories, etc.). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
