Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Track progress across internal, vendor, and Salesforce Pro Serve teams, identifying and removing roadblocks.
Create and manage advanced JIRA automations to streamline story tracking, workflow management, and development pipeline movement.
Escalate issues promptly and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
Apply Agile/Scrum best practices, adapting processes to fit team needs.
Leverage automation tools (and potentially AI in the future) to improve efficiency in story tracking and development processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Utilize a basic understanding of Copado for release and deployment coordination.
