Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of large electrical projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Lead project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards, contract specifications, and safety requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates
- Monitor job costing, labor productivity, and material tracking to ensure profitability
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Collaborate with internal departments including estimating, engineering, and field operations
Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership project management role
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and construction best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management tools
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
