Senior Tax Preparer – Century City, Los Angeles, CA

Full-Time | On-Site

$120,000–$140,000 + Sign-On Bonus + Annual Bonus + Revenue Participation

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of tax professionals in a collaborative environment.
Client Engagement: Communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and build strong relationships.
Tax Preparation & Review: Prepare and review a variety of returns including individual, corporate, partnership, and estate/trust returns-primarily in real estate, entertainment, and service industries.
Planning & Projections: Develop strategic tax plans and income tax projections, modeling various scenarios.
Research & Compliance: Conduct complex tax research and risk assessments.
Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level advisory on international and complex tax issues.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in tax/accounting.
Credentials: CPA or EA license required.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting.
Skills: Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and tax technical skills.
Location: Must be available to work on-site full-time in Century City (no remote/hybrid).
