Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Spa Manager to lead and grow our client relationships while promoting our skincare treatments and packages. This role is perfect for someone passionate about skincare, confident in sales, and driven to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell spa treatments, packages, and skincare products
Explain treatment benefits and provide personalized product recommendations
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure every client experience is professional, welcoming, and exceptional
Collaborate with the spa team to maintain smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in spa, beauty, or wellness industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented, confident, and proactive approach
Passion for skincare and providing outstanding client care
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: ₱3,000 per month
Three-tier commission structure based on performance and sales results
