Requirements:

• Certification in Sterile Processing (CSPDT or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in sterile processing, OR, or central supply preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Inspect and assemble surgical instrument sets accurately.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile supplies.
• Document sterilization processes and comply with infection control standards.
• Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to support safe patient care.
