Traveler candidate MUST be willing to travel to patient homes as needed.

Patient training will be done on site at BMC's Dialysis Center at 8 Conti Drive, Pittsfield, MA

Mileage will be reimbursed for HH travel at current IRS rate from HOME facility (8 Conti Drive ).

This position assists in training patients to perform their peritoneal dialysis independently, at home, as well as manages our current patients who already do peritoneal dialysis at home. This position is out of the Pittsfield unit at Conte Drive and would be Monday-Friday 8-4:30.

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
Requirement description :

• 3 years current experience
• Candidate MUST be willing to travel to patient homes as needed
• Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler Experience Strongly Preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need and current insurance (clean driving record)
• Perm address must be included in profile for this need
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
