We’re a real estate company looking for a reliable Video Editor who knows how to work with AI-powered tools and can turn raw content into polished, engaging videos. Most of our videos are for marketing, training, social media, and client education, so we need someone who can take direction well and keep things consistent with our brand.
Your work will focus on editing, enhancing, and optimizing videos using tools like Runway ML, Pictory, Descript, Synthesia, or any similar AI platforms. You’ll help us improve our video production workflow by using automation where it makes sense while still making sure everything looks clean and professional.
This role is **fully remote and paid hourly**, with **rates based on experience**.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience using AI tools in the video creation process
• Familiar with content styles used in real estate marketing
• Understanding of short-form and long-form formats for social media
• Basic knowledge of simple graphics, captions, and light animation
• Able to follow brand guidelines and deliver on time
