Power Of Fitness is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This full-time hybrid role focuses on scheduling, communication, data management, and general support to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced fitness and wellness environment.
Provide administrative and virtual support to management and teams
Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
Handle email correspondence and internal communications
Perform data entry, record keeping, and document organization
Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups
Support operations, logistics, and reporting tasks
Update systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools accurately
Assist with special projects as assigned
1+ year of virtual assistant, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online tools
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
High attention to detail and professionalism
Reliable, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
