Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Suwanee, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document handling and record tracking. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while supporting essential administrative processes. Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update data into electronic medical record systems. - Organize and archive a large volume of medical records for efficient retrieval. - Assist with student orientation processes and track associated documentation. - Upload and maintain medical records in the designated systems. - Perform general office tasks to support daily operations and administrative needs. - Ensure data integrity by routinely reviewing and verifying records. - Collaborate with team members to streamline data management procedures. - Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and data management tools. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. - Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Proficient in using standard office software, including spreadsheets and databases. - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
